Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process to ensure tracked delivery.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
